Groups usually arrive at a pre- arranged meeting point around 18.30 in the evening and meet the local organizer and the host families. The host families receive their guests and take them home for dinner.

Every morning the host families bring their students to the meeting point at around 08.00. The local organizer is on hand for help and advice. The group leaves to go on their day’s visits and trips. They return to the same meeting point in the evening at around 18.30. The host families come to pick up their guests and take them home for dinner.
